AKAWA: Back to your true self. Your body remembers who it truly is.

Through frequency-based energy work, AKAWA helps you to remember once again. It is a conscious connection to the field of consciousness that is always open and there for you.

“Out of the head, into the body.”

AWARENESS

During a session, you can lie down on the floor, completely relaxed, and simply observe. Music will be playing. If you feel inner impulses, similar to Somatics, feel free to follow them.

As a facilitator, I will support you throughout the journey and touch specific areas of the body, such as your chakras, based on my intuition.

“Listen to your body, he knows better”

ALIGNMENT

During a session, energetic blockages can be released. Your system desires to return to its original state and realigns itself.

On a physical level, this can manifest through deep breathing, trembling, shaking, laughing, or crying.

Simply allow it to happen; your body knows exactly how much it wants to let go.

Some people feel the energy flowing through their body, others see colors and shapes, or experience entire stories in their mind.

All of this can happen, but it doesn’t have to. Every person is unique in their perception and energetic expression.

However the emotions choose to move, they allow the life force energy to flow more freely through your body. This effect is not only palpable after the session but can also reflect in your daily life. Observe mindfully what begins to change.

AWAKENING

The connection to the field of consciousness helps you to continuously unfold and expand. Only what your system allows at that very moment will happen. Nothing is forced, transmitted, or channeled here; it is purely about your own energetic expression. As a facilitator, my role is purely supportive on your path.
